South City Cars imported a Chevy Camaro from the USA and did a ground up restoration. Firstly, we started by stripping the whole car into parts and bringing the paintwork back to metal. Next step was the primer and painting the inner doors, door sills, engine bay, boot lid, boot sills, wing mirrors and grill.
Then the Camaro was masking taped up and brought into the paint booth. Several coats of paint was applied with a top layer on clear to bring up the shine. Last of all the interior was reassembled and sent off for certification. Here is step by step photos of the process.
